APY는 국내외 동시대 현대미술 작가 7인의 주요 작품을 소개하는 상설 소장전
'APY Collection Exhibition'을 선보인다.
본 전시는 서로 다른 매체와 감각이 교차하는 지점에서 오늘날 현대미술의 다양한 스펙트럼을 조망한다.
세계 현대미술을 대표하는 Alex Katz, Julian Opie, Michael Craig-Martin, Murakami Takashi,
Ugo Rondinone을 비롯해, 한국 동시대 미술의 흐름을 이끄는 Eellos, Ha Jiwon의 작품을 함께 구성하여
글로벌 시선과 로컬 감각이 공존하는 장을 마련했다.
이번 소장전은 개별 작가의 고유한 조형 언어를 존중하는 동시에,
동시대 미술이 지닌 확장성과 유연성을 하나의 공간 안에서 경험할 수 있도록 기획되었다.
관람객은 각기 다른 미적 태도와 세계관이 교차하는 장면 속에서 현대미술의 현재를 입체적으로 마주하게 된다.
APY presents APY Collection Exhibition, a permanent collection showcase featuring major works by seven contemporary artists from Korea and abroad.
This exhibition explores the diverse spectrum of contemporary art today, situated at the intersection of varied media and sensibilities.
Bringing together internationally renowned artists such as Alex Katz, Julian Opie, Michael Craig-Martin, Murakami Takashi, and Ugo Rondinone, alongside leading figures of contemporary Korean art including Eellos and Ha Jiwon, the exhibition creates a space where global perspectives and local sensibilities coexist.
Respecting each artist’s distinctive visual language, the exhibition is curated to offer an integrated experience of the expansiveness and flexibility inherent in contemporary art.
Visitors are invited to encounter the present moment of contemporary art through the convergence of diverse aesthetic approaches and worldviews within a single space.
